It’s one of our biggest times of the year: Fall Market! Every October (and April), Regina Andrew Detroit releases a new line of products from mini lamps to chandeliers to sectional sofas…and you get a first look!

Our new product releases are designed to brighten spaces and elevate interiors. At Regina Andrew, we always seek to create products with a nod to classic design elements, but with a unique modern twist. This October’s new collection features a mix of vintage-inspired chandeliers, pendant lights, and sconces, reimagined with contemporary materials and finishes. Brass, polished nickel, oil rubbed bronze, and various stone type fixtures offer a sophisticated aesthetic that complements a range of interior styles. These designs blend historic charm with modern efficiency, making them versatile additions to any home or commercial space.

For those who appreciate a more minimalist aesthetic, this season’s lineup also includes a few fixtures that embrace simplicity and elegance. These lights often feature geometric patterns and smooth textures, designed to seamlessly integrate into modern interiors. The focus on minimalism also extends into the use of a more neutral color palette, allowing our lighting to enhance your space, rather than dominate it.

Looking for something to stand the test of time? One of our favorite ways to design products is to utilize natural materials. When viewing this collection, you’ll notice a lot of items created with organic materials, such as rattan, alabaster, and marble. These lamps, ceiling fixtures, and end tables are created with luxury and sustainability in mind. The use of organic materials like alabaster also brings a unique touch to each product due to color and vein variation, so no two products are ever the same.

Overall, this fall’s new product releases reflect a blend of creativity, innovation, sustainability, and timeless design. From energy-efficient lighting to stylish and customizable fixtures, these products are set to illuminate spaces with both practicality and elegance. The full collection goes live on our website on October 7th. We’re so excited to share these products and we cannot wait to see how this new collection electrifies the room!

When selecting furnishings, interior designer Siamak Mostoufi consciously considered light, texture, space, shape, and color, as he does with all his projects. In the living room, one of his favorite pieces is the Sierra chair by Croft House: “Plush cushions are nested in a thin metal frame suspended from black and white jute webbing; the look definitely speaks to the casual beach house vibe.” Along with a sofa from RH, the chairs surround a steel coffee table, also from Croft House.

A Visual Comfort freeform chandelier that would illuminate the entire surface of the island was chosen for the kitchen. “I did not want multiple pendants, and I needed something structured that would provide an ample amount of light since the island is a kitchen workspace,” explains Holiday. All of the shelving and cabinetry is made of rift-cut white oak. Leather counter stools bring warmth to the space.
