Modern Touch

“We wanted the dining room of this family home in Boca Raton to look chic and modern, while still being functional,” says designer Tracy Gould. “To accomplish this, we brought in greenery and natural materials, such as ash for the table, oak for the chairs, and bowls made of real stone to create an organic aesthetic. The mirrors in varying sizes are made from rope, and they add an element of whimsy to the overall look.”

The High Life

“The living room of this high-rise residence on Brickell Avenue was inspired by the dynamic essence of Manhattan and the refined elegance of Miami, so the interior design captures the vibrant mood of these two locations,” says designer Adriana Hoyos. “The space features an organic, modern aesthetic that combines natural forms with contemporary sophistication. Rounded furniture pieces, featuring gentle curves and soft edges, create a harmonious flow, enhancing the sense of openness and unity.”

Precious Status

“Inspired by the Indian ruby gemstone, the powder room in this Miami penthouse is striking in its elegant contrast of gray and red,” says designer Nicholas Gennari. “The red glass sink, situated on a marble countertop and highlighted by indirect lighting above a matching wall-to-wall lower cabinet, is a captivating feature. An abstract artwork by Julian Castro enhances the contemporary aesthetic.”

Cocktail Culture

“This 15,000-square-foot waterfront Palm Beach home was made for entertaining, so we wanted to design a generous bar reminiscent of the kind you would find at an elegant, five-star hotel,” says designer Marc Thee. “Central to the flow of the design is the club room, where Hammerton Glacier pendants hover above the Adriana Hoyos barstools. Watching over the scene is a portrait of Jackie O by Enrico Dico.”

Business at Home

“When our clients requested a fully functioning office in their Fort Lauderdale home, we focused on how the room would interplay with the rest of the house,” says designer Meredith Marlow. “Instead of a wall, we closed off the space with glass, which visually expanded the main entry and set the entire tone of the residence. Natural light from double height windows allowed us to incorporate a rich, dark saturated green on the walls, as well as rich textures that unify all the spaces.”
