For the covered loggia of this Naples residence, the architects at Harrison Design flawlessly executed the delicate dance of maximizing views with expansive openings while also providing enough walls to create the feeling of substance and defined architectural space. The two-sided fireplace anchors the loggia’s seating area, which features design by Finding Sanctuary.

The light blue mosaic wall surrounding the television is just one of the many touches by Gloria Black Design that makes the space a favorite.

The designers at Dwayne Bergmann Interiors decided on a large-scale dining setup for this tall Sanibel Island terrace, which overlooks a championship golf course and is part of a massive estate from MAB Homes.
