After 16 years as one of Miami’s most popular art destinations, Avant Gallery is expanding its services with Avant Home, a new retail concept that offers a collection of high-end and collectible furniture (from sofas and accent seating to credenzas and rugs), lighting, decorative objects, and accessories, as well as interior design services provided by a team of designers and art consultants.

Highlights in the inventory include pieces by Ron Arad, Marcel Wanders, Gufram, Snarkitecture, and Benjamin Rollins Caldwell—names that will ring familiar to Design Miami/ regulars. Not to be missed are finishing touches such as playful mirrors featuring Jean-Michel Basquiat art and dining plates with imagery by Kehinde Wiley and Keith Haring. “This new direction to what we have to offer marks an exciting milestone for us,” says Avant founder Dmitry Prut. “And the red-hot market in South Florida makes it the ideal place to introduce this concept.”
