“Because the living room of this Boca Raton residence is visible from the moment you step into the house, the fireplace wall had to be extraordinary,” says designer Susan Lachance. “We designed a floor-to-ceiling, three-dimensional, backlit walnut wall made up of triangular sections to accent the stone vapor fireplace. Window treatments were kept to a minimum so as not to detract from the amazing view of a private lake.”
