Known for what it calls The New Palm Beach style (a mix of modern and historic design to create resort-like interiors), Krista + Home has been a part of South Florida’s design scene since the firm moved from New York to Palm Beach Gardens in 2010. As of May, the studio is a global entity as a result of its acquisition by Vesta Home, one of the nation’s top luxury staging brands.

“Our creative DNA stays the same but now with a world-class structure to dream bigger,” says K+H cofounder Krista Watterworth Alterman. As a result of the new venture, the K+H team will now be responsible for turnkey homes for high-end clients all around the world, as well as curating a furniture collection with Vesta Home’s furnishings that will debut this fall. “We’re setting a new paradigm in the design world,” says Julian Buckner, founder and CEO of Vesta Home. “Krista’s talent will allow us to create a holistic brand with a distinct advantage in today’s business climate.”
