The dining room reveals the flooring throughout much of the residence: Silver Fantasy marble with European oak inlay. “That’s flanked by a black Schluter strip and runs the length of the apartment,” says designer Eric Arthur Dyer. “It’s not just stone on stone, but stone on wood as well.” Behind the buffet is an oak wall with slatting.
